Please remember that students MUST ALWAYS HAVE A SIGNED PASS unless a parent accompanies them. The library will NOT BE OPEN after school on minimum days.
• Students may come in accompanied by a parent. The parent must stay with the child during the entire visit. Parent and child may leave any time between 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
OR
• Students may come in without parent ONLY IF they have signed parent permission on the Library Pass. In addition:
• Parents must meet their child in the library to sign them out at or before 3:30 p.m.
• Students who do not follow guidelines for behavior or 3:30 p.m. pick-up may lose the privilege of using the library after school.
PLEASE PRINT OUT PASSES FROM THE CARVER WEBSITE: Click on “forms” on top bar, then find “Library After School Passes” and print or pick up additional passes from the Carver Library or Office.
