Sung moved to San Marino in 2017, quickly recognizing the value of the community. With his two sons attending public schools, Sung felt inspired to serve the district by becoming a school board member.  With a background as a financial systems adviser and previously working for an A.I. publishing company, Sung now owns a consulting firm specializing in Microsoft products. Additionally, he serves as the CFO of Abraham Lincoln University, an online law school, where he first gained exposure to the education industry.
