2nd thru 5th Grade Registration Information
Registration for the 2014-2015 for all grades will begin on Thursday, May 8.  Please plan to register your child in the District Office Boardroom between 2 and 5 pm on that date.  If you are not able to register your child on this date, there will be subsequent registration dates: Thursday, June 12, 9 am to 12 noon, Thursday, July 10, 2 to 5 pm.  There will be "Last Chance" walk-in registration on a first-come, first-served basis, Monday through Thursday, July 21-24, , and Monday through Thursday, July 28-31, from 9 am to 12 noon in the District Office.  Please be advised, if all documentation is not completed by Friday, August 1, we cannot guarantee that your child will start school on the first day.  Please register early! 

After July 31, registration is by appointment only.  Please contact the District Office at (626) 299-7000 to schedule a registration appointment. 

The first day of school for the 2014-2015 school year is Monday, August 18, 2014.

  1. CURRENT PROPERTY TAX BILL OR CURRENT LEASE AGREEMENT OR CLOSING ESCROW STATEMENT;
    AND

    4 CURRENT UTILITY BILLS (electric, gas, water, trash, cable, land-line telephone)

    are required for proof of residency in the San Marino Unified School District.  Please be sure to have the original and a copy of these documents.
     
  1. BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND/OR PASSPORT
    for certification of birth date.  Please be sure to have the original and a copy of this document.
     
  1. SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
    if applicable.  Please be sure to have the original and a copy of this document. 
     
  1. COMPLETE, UP-TO-DATE, IMMUNIZATION RECORD
    signed by a physician. All the immunizations required by the State of California are listed in the registration packet. Our district strictly enforces the “NO SHOT - NO SCHOOL” policy.  Please be sure to have the original and a copy of this document.
     
  1. REPORT CARD (most recent available) Please be sure to have the original and a copy of this document.
