Registration dates for the 2013-2014 school year will be as follows: Thursday, May 16, 2013, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm; Thursday, June 20, 2013, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon; Thursday, July 18, 2013, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
There will be "Last Chance" walk-in registration, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on the following dates: Monday through Thursday, July 29 through August 1; and Monday through Thursday, August 5 through August 8, 2013.
School starts on Wednesday, August 21, 2013. All registration documents must be complete by August 8, 2013 in order to guarantee that your child starts school on the first day.
After August 8, registration is by appointment only. Please contact the District Registrar at (626) 299-7000, extension 321 to set up a registration appointment.
All registration materials must be completed before registration.

COMPLETE, UP-TO-DATE, IMMUNIZATION RECORD
