All families must complete their child's first day packet every year to ensure we have the most up to date information.

We utilize an online service called InfoSnap to process your information. You should have received an email with the subject "Complete Your Child's SMUSD First Day Packet Online". We also sent a letter home via United States Postal Service. If you do not receive your email or letter by August 3rd, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for login information. Please include your student's name, date of birth, and address so that we can verify your information and respond with your login
The Online First Day Packet is now closed. If you need to submit a first day packet, please request a paper-based copy from the School office.
